📦 Delivery Options

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (depending on your city).

  • Express Shipping: Currently not available.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders.

  • Orders over PKR 3000 may qualify for discounted shipping during promotions.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Plushies are hygienically washed and carefully packed before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation message

  • A tracking number (if available from our courier partner)

You can contact us anytime for order updates.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on plush toys.

However, if you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A damaged item

We will assist you immediately. Please email or message us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
